We hand-pick our raw materials and carefully select producers who, like us, will make a positive contribution to the world around us. Our goal is to create unforgettable dining experiences with a meaningful imprint - for our guests and the generations after them.

CHRISTOFFER SØRENSEN

Chef Christoffer Sørensen pays homage to the principles of creating great taste out of simplicity and preferably by selecting the close and local. Christoffer has worked 9 years for Claus Henriksen at Dragsholm, in a kitchen that was self-sufficient with pretty much everything you work with in the kitchen: fresh ingredients that were handpicked, harvested or caught right outside the kitchen door. Christoffer especially brings the extremely conscious ingredients choices in his own kitchen at STUDIO, which combines the local and the wild philosophy of modern Nordic cuisine with the cornerstones of French cuisine, and likes to draw inspiration from other cultures and kitchen techniques.

Instagram post 17974367764739575 Last time our head chef competed was in the contest “Dish of the year”, next week it’s happening again at BMW MASTERS POWERED BY BRØNNUM contest, which is the newest cooking competition in Denmark. Christoffer will go up against 4 talented chefs in a 3-course menu: Starter, main and dessert without knowing which ingredients they have at their disposal before start. The contest will take place in Lyngby at BMW Experience Center, we are excited to see what he presents the jury this time.👨‍🍳
