Studio is taking over the Japanese tower in Tivoli

From 20 April to 27 June, Restaurant STUD!O welcomes you to the Japanese Tower in Tivoli. Restaurant STUD!O has roots in traditional craftsmanship, but challenges habitual thinking and is constantly looking for new ways to taste with edge and character.

Chef Christoffer Sørensen has put together a complete 9-course gastronomic experience, which reflects the budding spring and has special emphasis on gently caught fish, Danish oysters and squid as well as the seasonal offerings of greens, supported by pickles and fermentations.

Christoffer Sørensen has been named young chef of the year in the Michelin guide and has achieved Global Master Level in the Danish White Guide. In addition, he is nominated in two categories at this year's Dish Competition, which is chosen by Danish Food Reviewers.

Restaurant STUD!O is currently finding new premises, so the pop-up restaurant in Tivoli is the only chance to experience their food over the summer.
