Trout and Dashi Tart

Home cured and smoked trout, Trout roe washed in aqua vit and Dashi Jelly


Chicken Liver parfait

Toasted piece of our sourdough, chicken liver parfait and Sarawak pepper salt to season


Bread and Butter

2 slices of 100% sourdough baked fresh that day and butter cultured in house


Lobster Salad (to be served cold)

Gently poached Danish black lobsters, and a salad of seasonal Danish spring green vegatables


Beef Cheek Bourguignon (to be precooked and reheated at home)

Danish Shiitakes and Dashi pickled onions. Horseradish Mash Potato.

Classic caramelized lemon tart, inspired by Marco Pierre White

Ordering and pick up 

STUDIO has take away Friday and Saturday until the 10th of may (and maybe longer). There are a maximum of 50 menus every night, and the menu is marketed according to the first-come, first-served principle, so please let us know at the latest the day before. The menu can be ordered by telephone 71148808 between 1 – 7:30 pm – and picked up from 5 - 8 pm Friday and Saturday. We also take orders on email around the clock on studio@thestandardcph.dk.
