At STUDIO, we offer a culinary experience that is Head Chef Christoffer Sørensen's interpretation of modern Nordic gastronomy. Our menu is always deeply rooted in flavor and the finest Danish seasonal ingredients, but we remain open to inspiration from around the world—never dogmatic, always curious.

STUDIO is proudly featured on the World’s 50 Best 'Discovery List' and is currently ranked 81st on OAD’s list of the best restaurants in Europe. We are also recognized on La Liste 1000 with 91.50 points and mentioned in the Michelin Guide.

"I value the principles of using local and nearby ingredients. It makes perfect sense that the ingredients which can be picked, harvested, or caught right outside our door should also be the ones that define the character of the menu."

Christoffer also has a passion for the sweet kitchen and trained as a chocolatier during his time at Dragsholm Slot. Here, he often combines his knowledge of foraged and wild ingredients with the sweet kitchen and seasonal produce.

SEASONAL MENU

Our experience consists of a set menu with around 13 exquisite courses, concluded with an after-dinner petit four experience. The menu is based on local ingredients from farmers whom we regularly visit, and we participate in the harvest whenever possible.

Our love for vegetables is reflected in the menu, but you will also find freshly caught fish, seaweed, and, when the season allows, local game. The result is a cuisine that combines the local and foraged with the fermented and wild in a modern Nordic interpretation. Here, you’ll experience deep, clean, and fresh flavors that delight, renew, and surprise.

NORDIC SUSTAINABLE GASTRONOMY

At STUDIO, we are dedicated to offering a gastronomic experience that combines great taste with sustainability. We use seasonal Danish ingredients, carefully selected and refined with the utmost care. Our philosophy unites high gastronomy with respect for both people and the environment. As part of the LOCA Group, we have created a 'Manifesto' and developed a 'Sustainability Report' based on the UN's Sustainable Development Goals, outlining our commitment to a more sustainable approach to gastronomy.
